Customer Terms
These terms govern customer use of Project Overview & Status Hub for Jira, unless a separate written agreement applies.
1. Product
Project Overview & Status Hub for Jira is a Jira Cloud app that helps customers create readable project overviews, project risk signals and portfolio views from Jira activity. It is intended to support project understanding, management review, onboarding and portfolio follow-up.
Vendor
The app is provided by Piotr Mederak, ul. Magnolii 1K/2, 05-500 Nowa Wola, Poland.
2. Atlassian Marketplace
If the app is acquired through Atlassian Marketplace, purchase, billing and Marketplace access are also governed by Atlassian Marketplace terms. These Customer Terms apply to the app provided by the vendor.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for deciding who may install, configure, access and manage the app.
- Customers are responsible for Jira permissions, Jira project data quality and internal use of generated overviews.
- Customers should review AI-generated or suggested content before relying on it.
- Customers must not use the app in a way that violates law, Atlassian terms or another person's rights.
- Customers must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe the app for vulnerabilities without permission or misuse the app.
4. License and restrictions
Subject to valid installation and payment, where applicable, customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app with their Jira Cloud site for internal business purposes. Customers must not reverse engineer, misuse, overload or attempt to bypass app access controls.
5. Generated content and calculations
The app organizes Jira data into summaries, suggestions, calculated statuses, freshness signals and risk signals. These outputs are informational. They may be incomplete if Jira permissions hide data or if Jira data is missing, outdated or inconsistent.
Customers remain responsible for project decisions. Generated content should not be treated as legal, compliance, audit, financial or safety-critical advice.
6. AI features
The app may use Atlassian-hosted Forge LLM capabilities to create editable purpose suggestions and readable risk summaries. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Customers should review AI output before saving or sharing it.
AI features may be limited, disabled, unavailable or subject to monthly usage limits without breaking the non-AI parts of the app.
7. Privacy and data protection
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, the Security Practices and the Data Processing Summary.
8. Support
Support is provided through Mederak Apps Service Desk. See Support Policy for support scope and response targets.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to maintain a reliable product experience, but the app depends on Jira Cloud, Atlassian Forge and Jira REST APIs. Features may change to maintain compatibility, improve security or address platform changes.
10. Intellectual property
We and our licensors retain all rights in the app, including software, design, documentation and trademarks. Customers retain rights in their Jira data and customer content.
11. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every customer use case.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages and excludes indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages and loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.
13. Termination
Customers may stop using or uninstall the app through Atlassian administration tools. We may suspend access if required by law, Atlassian platform rules, security risk, non-payment where applicable or material breach of these terms.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through Mederak Apps Service Desk.
