These terms apply to JQL Compare Fields for Jira.

Use of the app

The app is provided for Jira Cloud teams that need field comparison searches in Jira. Users are responsible for their Jira configuration, permissions, field setup and search scope.

Marketplace status

The Marketplace listing is not public yet. During early access, contact support.jira@mederak.app from a company email address. When the listing is public, installation, evaluation, billing and subscription management will be handled through Atlassian Marketplace and Atlassian account systems.

Availability

The app depends on Jira Cloud, Atlassian Forge and Jira APIs. Availability and search results can be affected by Atlassian services, Jira configuration, field metadata, app limits and user permissions.

Search results

Generated JQL and preview results are intended to help users find issues that match selected field comparisons. Customers remain responsible for validating results before using them for operational decisions.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining Jira permissions, field configuration, issue data quality and appropriate JQL scope.
