• Jira site URL.
• Where the issue happened: project page, global page, Issue Navigator action, admin configure or raw JQL search.
• The generated JQL.
• The selected left field, operator, right field and scope JQL.
• Whether preview, copy or open failed.
• A screenshot or copied error text when available.

Diagnostics

Use the diagnostics section in Jira settings - Apps - JQL Compare Fields to capture app version, last refresh status, last refresh error, field metadata cache status and supported field counts. Do not include secrets, access tokens or private issue data unless your organization allows sharing that information for support.
