Helpful details
- Jira site URL.
- Issue key where the panel was opened.
- Whether the issue has child issues or deeper descendants.
- Expected total and observed total, if the question is about calculation.
- Whether the expected time is visible in Jira time tracking fields on the relevant issues.
- Whether Refresh was used after a recent worklog or hierarchy change.
- Screenshot of the Worklog Rollup panel, if available.
Useful checks before contacting support
- Confirm the user can browse the issue in Jira.
- Confirm the relevant work is stored in Jira time tracking fields, not only in an external app.
- Click Refresh to bypass the short-lived calculation cache.
- Check whether the panel shows a license-required, no-children or truncated-result message.
