These terms apply to Worklog Rollup for Jira.
Use of the app
The app is provided for Jira Cloud teams that need visibility into logged time across issue hierarchies. Users are responsible for their Jira configuration, permissions and worklog data quality.
Marketplace installation and billing
Installation, evaluation, billing and subscription management are handled through Atlassian Marketplace and Atlassian account systems. Marketplace plan details are available from the app listing.
Availability
The app depends on Jira Cloud, Atlassian Forge and Jira APIs. Availability can be affected by Atlassian services, customer Jira configuration, user permissions and issue hierarchy size.
Calculation scope
The app calculates totals from Jira issue time tracking fields available through Jira APIs. Results can be affected by Jira permissions, issue hierarchy structure, recent changes, app cache and Jira API responses.
No financial calculation
The app does not calculate costs, rates, billing values or invoices. Displayed values are time summaries only.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining Jira permissions, time tracking configuration, worklog accuracy and issue hierarchy structure in their Jira Cloud site.
